Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital download file(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Permitted Uses

  • Create printed items as gifts for friends and family

  • Print the file as many times as you wish for the above purposes

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the digital file in any format

  • Sell any physical items, prints, or products created using the digital file

  • Use the file for any commercial purposes whatsoever

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the design

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or watermarks

  • Upload the file to any print-on-demand services for sale

  • Include the file in any digital or physical product intended for resale

Intellectual Property Rights

All digital downloads available on ladymalin.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Malin Melin. All copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights in and to the digital files are owned by and shall remain with Malin Melin. This purchase grants you a license to use the file only as specified in these terms; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Violation of Terms

Violation of these terms may result in legal action and you may be held liable for damages, including but not limited to lost profits and legal fees. Malin Melin reserves the right to revoke your license immediately upon any breach of these terms.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned.
